• Maintain basic data center operations including:

• Maintaining the Tech Lab network and Cloud environment. Ensuring that all the routers, switches, and servers are running correctly and efficiently.

• Participating in regular Agile Scrum meetings selecting tasks and completing the tasks in a timely manner.

• working collaboratively with other Tech Lab employees to ensure redundancy of knowledge.

• communicating effectively to the rest of the team to ensure all tasks are completed on time and according to expectations.
